By accessing or using Tell5 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Tell5 provides a WhatsApp business management platform that includes AI-powered message classification, automated replies, conversation management, and business profile hosting. The Platform is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

AI-generated replies are provided as suggestions and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending it to customers. Tell5 is not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated responses.
Tell5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Free-tier services may experience downtime due to inactivity-based sleeping (Render free tier). We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
You retain ownership of your business data and conversations. Tell5 claims no intellectual property rights over your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria.
