Personal Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details. If you sign in with Google, we collect your Google account email and profile information.
WhatsApp Messages: We process message content, sender phone numbers, and message timestamps to provide AI-powered replies and store conversation history.
Business Data: Business profiles, product listings, pricing, and customer communications you manage through the platform.
Conversations are stored for up to 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You can export your data as CSV before deletion. Business profiles and account information are retained until you delete your account.
Data is stored on secured servers using industry-standard encryption (PostgreSQL with SSL, MongoDB Atlas with TLS).
